Gentle Yoga
– One hour of pure bliss. It’s as gentle as it sounds. There is hardly any weight bearing postures such as downdog or plank pose in this class as our goal and intention is to simply allow your body to lengthen, expand, stretch and release any stagnant and stale energy within the body. You can expect a well sequenced class that stretches and targets all the areas of your body – even those tiny muscles you never thought could play such a big part in your posture! We use a variety of props such as bolsters, blocks, straps and more!

Yin Yoga – A crowd favorite. Yin Yoga uses all the props listed above to ensure that your body is able to comfortably lay or sit in these restorative postures for longer duration’s of time (anywhere from 1-3 minutes depending on the pose) – in order for the connective tissue and fascia in the muscles to lengthen and release tension! Each yin yoga class is designed to lengthen and stretch each portion of the body, from head to toe, in order to increase mobility through the joins!

Yoga Basics – For those newer to the practice of yoga and looking to build a stronger foundation, this is the class for you! Each yoga basics class utilizes all props listed above as well as specific alignment cues to ensure that you are always practicing in a safe and mindful manner. This class tends to build a little bit more body heat as you work through balancing postures, standing postures and even some core exercises! Safe and suitable for all ages, levels and bodies!

Kundalini Yoga – Kundalini Yoga uses movement, sound current, breath work, body locks, and meditation to relax and heal your mind and body, allowing the spirit to flow freely. This powerful and effective form of yoga is a great way to recharge and heal your body quickly through balancing the glandular system, strengthening the nervous system and enabling you to harness the energy of the mind and emotions so we can live in a more balanced state instead of the duality of the mind. You will leave feeling recharged, relaxed, and free. (All Levels)

Chair Yoga – Chair yoga is a practice that modifies yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair! It’s completely accessible to just about everybody – especially those who cannot stand or lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine.

Restorative Yoga – Restorative yoga is an opportunity to release physical & mental stress in the comfort of supported yoga postures. A wide range of yoga props as well as breath & relaxation guidance are used to contribute to a deep state of rest. Poses are held a little longer with the intent of not stretching the body, but to evoking a re-calibration of the nervous system from patterns of stress to an experience of healing & integration. This practice is beneficial to everyone, helping to reduce stress, anxiety, tension & pain & support the body’s immunity, digestion, sleep & healing.

Guided Meditation – With guided meditation, you don’t need to know how to meditate. All that’s required is that you listen, and you’ll move effortlessly into the renewing waters of your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind has control over the 37.2 trillion cells of your body, and also regulates and connects all 12 systems that keep you alive and functional, including the cardiovascular (heart), endocrine gland, respiratory, nervous, immune, circulatory, digestive, lymphatic (detoxing), muscular, skeletal, reproductive and urinary systems.

So there you have it! All types of classes for you to improve your mobility!
