“You are meant to live an expansive, exhilarating, good-feeling experience. It was your plan when you made the decision to become focused in your physical body in this time-space reality. You were born knowing that you are a powerful Being; that you are good; that you are the creator of your experience, and that the Law of Attraction (the essence of that which is like unto itself, is drawn) is the basis of the Universe, and you knew it would serve you well. And so it has.”
Have you ever wondered why certain things happen the way that they do? Or why you feel the way that you do despite any external circumstances? Well the reality of it all is that YOU create your reality. You are in the driver seat and you have full control over what you will and won’t allow into your life. This means that those not-so-good experiences you have came across in life have on some level been manifested into your reality through your thoughts, both subconscious and conscious.
So what does that mean? Let’s take a situation such as traffic, a speeding ticket or even stubbing your toe as an example. If in your mind you are always feeling as though you never have enough time, or that you’re always having to rush to get to places or get things done, then the Universe will present to you things such as traffic or speeding tickets to remind you to take a few moments to slow down, breathe, and just be still.
It’s normal in this day to day life to always be in a rush or in a GO-GO-GO state of being, but in reality, wouldn’t you say that life feels better when you’re moving slow, taking your time with tasks and being fully present with whatever it is that you’re doing? Suddenly life will feel relaxed yet productive, as if your only duties are to be the best version of yourself as you accomplish all that is on your plate.
We want to remind you, as you read this, to figuratively “change the channel” any time that your brain goes into havoc mode. Begin to practice PRESENCE – noticing when your thoughts begin to drift back into older ways of thinking or when you fall into an old habit that doesn’t fit who you are anymore – then changing the channel to a positive thought such as gratitude for having good health or for having a roof over your head!
Remember, you are the attractor of your every experience – and so if you know you deserve to live in abundance, love and joy – wouldn’t your thoughts, intentions and actions reflect that?
