At Heal. in Altamonte Springs, we invite you in with open arms! – We know that yoga can seem intimidating from the outside looking in, but all classes at Heal. are geared towards beginners.

Gentle Yoga:
All levels yoga class geared towards moving mindfully and with ease. Integrated breathwork paired within a stress-relieving yoga sequence.

Yoga Basics:
Geared towards beginners in the practice. Safely guided and accessible to everyone. Learn the foundations of yoga from postures, breath and even meditation.

Yin Yoga:
Reclined and seated postures meant to target the connective tissue for ultimate tension relief and greater expansion throughout the more stubborn, tight areas of the body. Use of props will help create a sense of calm and ease within every posture. No yoga experience is needed.

Chair Yoga:
Gentle yoga exercises, breath and meditation all done on or around a chair. The use of props such as blocks, bolsters and straps allow this to be accessible to everybody. Great for anyone with arthritis, Parkinson’s or anyone recovering from injury.

Yoga Nidra:
Yoga Nidra translates to the words “Yogic Sleep”. A practice that is done reclined or seated to help drop into the parasympathetic nervous system. Helps aid in deeper sleep and overall reduces stress and tension. This practice lasts for about 45 minutes.

Yoga & Coffee:
Our weekly Saturday morning gentle all levels yoga class at Zanzibar Coffee House in Longwood. Join us for a morning of yoga with coffee – all included in your ticket purchase!
