Sound Healing
Sound Healing basically provides a massage to your cells. Cells are your basic building blocks of life. Meaning the health of your cells determines the health of your mind and body! During a sound bath, you keep your clothes on and relax on one of our massage tables while a variety of vibrations, and frequencies are played throughout the room to allow for deep relaxation, physically, mentally and emotionally.
