It is such an honor and a passion of mine to share this healing space with you. I have been on my own healing journey over the last 18 years.

I started as an Licensed Massage Therapist in Altamonte Springs in 2008 and have been actively practicing ever since. I have given over 25,000 massages and 10,000 energy work sessions during this time! Through the years, I have continued to expand my knowledge, and services offered.

There came a point when I had a waitlist that was months long and I was unable to take care of all of those who were seeking my services. So, I sought out people who were just as passionate as me about helping others on their healing journeys.

And, wow.

We have one incredible team of Massage Therapists, Reiki Practitioners and Sound Bath Providers at Heal. Pain & Stress Relief Center!
