Cupping
Cupping is one of the best way to loosen adhesions within the tissue.
The cups will leave marks behind, and this is totally normal. Spots typically fade within 3-10 days.
Cupping often times leaves marks. It doesn't always, and the color of them can change from a light red to a darker.

MPS Therapy
These tools are wonderful for anyone who is suffering from nerve pains, limited mobility and tension.
