Our owner, Maria Sellars had a vision of creating a place where everyone could make themselves their number one priority.

 

Her mission led her to create a beautiful place in the heart of Central Florida to bring each person walking through the door a sense of relaxation, comfort, and peace, by offering the necessary healing modalities needed by so many of us.

 

Heal. is located in Altamonte Springs, right off of 436, between I-4 and 17-92. This allows communities like Sanford,

Lake Mary, Longwood, Orlando, Maitland, Oviedo, and Winter Park,

to have easy access to all of our pain and stress relieving services.
