Reiki

This is the most common energy work practice that people have heard of.

This session work to identify imbalances within the energy centers and restore optimal functioning.

Stones, Tuning Forks and Sound Bowls may be used during this session.

Pure Bioenergy

This Energy Work technique requires 4 sessions over 4 days.

This session works to clear any energetic debris that may be lingering in the biofield.

Each session is around 20 minutes for 4 days. I like to refer to it as a massage for the aura.

Spinal Energetics

This works to reconnect the pathways between the biofield and your energy centers that have been disconnected by all of that energetic debris you were holding.

This technique is wonderful at releasing stuck, trapped emotions that are causing emotional and physical pain.

Would you go your whole life without ever washing your hands?

The answer is no.

Why?

Because we know there are viruses, bacteria and other pathogens that could make us sick. So, we wash our hands on the regular.

But, now let me ask you a serious question.

Can you see those bacteria or viruses lurking on your skin?

Again, the answer is no.

Well, the same thing is happening to us energetically! We are collecting different energetic debris throughout our lifetime!

Energy work, like Reiki or Spinal Energetics, helps us to clear that ick from our energetic body so we can live lighter, physically, emotionally and mentally.
